I think it’s safe to say that for the most part over the course of the next year this is probably going to be a blog focused mostly on the topic of weddings. I can’t even have a conversation without talking about something to do with this craziest of traditions so I doubt I can do blogging without it. Maybe having a theme and/or a direction will help me to focus some more, maybe it won’t.

I am currently reading a book called “Bridal Bargains” which was given to me by my MOH Sharon. It’s a really good book and it helps out with some things that I never even thought of. I would completely recommend it to anyone looking into this whole marriage thing.

Gary & I have been looking at some Reception Sites in New Jersey. We’ve looked at six so far, and ruled out four. So out of what we’ve seen my decision is down to two. I actually had a nightmare last night about trying to pick the right one. Oh boy! This is definitely stressful. Trying to meet a balance between giving everyone a good time and not breaking the bank is definitely a fine line. Any tips or recommendations are definitely welcome!

I will try to update my blog with various wedding stuff, and any tricks that I might come up with along my way. For now, I’ll go agonize over whether or not hardwood floor is classier than carpet!
